Victorious Sunday for Masked Marvel
This Sunday March 20, four horses by Masked Marvel won in France and England.
Among them, SEL JEM won the Prix Troytown Gr.3 over 4400m at Auteuil. The 5-year-old gelding, narrowly beaten in the Prix Maurice Gillois Gr.1 at Auteuil last November, offers another Group victory to Masked Marvel. Trained by Hector de Lageneste and Guillaume Macaire, SEL JEM is out of a dam by SAINT DES SAINTS ! He will be one of the favorites of the Steeple-Chase de Paris in May 2022.
At Hippodrome de Fougères, it was the 5-year-old female Andromeda who won over 4200m under the saddle of Florian Besson.
At Senonnes, Ital Conti, also out of a dam by SAINT DES SAINTS, took the first place in the Prix du Genet over 3600m first time out.
In England this time, it was Geromino who won the Stacey Bradley's Birthday Bash Novices' Limited Handicap Chase over 3200m in Carlisle.
