Latrobe is entered at stud sound after a wonderful racing career,
earning more than 1 Million Euros and 3 wins including the Gr.1 Irish Derby
such as successful National Hunt stallions : Shirley Heights, Kahyasi, Old Vic, Winged Love, Dream Well, Montjeu,
Galileo, Soldier of Fortune, Fame and Glory...

He was second in the Gr.1 Saint Léger (2800m) the race which revealed the top national hunt stallions: 
Turgeon, Kayf Tara, Yeats, Jukebox Jury...

Latrobe carries the blood of Montjeu, Mr Prospector from his sire Camelot, 
himself has sired more than 10 Gr.1 winners including one in national hunt and
is the sire of 2024 Gr.1 Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe winner : Bluestocking

Well-welcomed by the breeders, who like very much is progeny, Latrobe has covered nearly 300 mares
since his first season at stud.

His progeny , exclusively bay, has a lot of quality, with strength, physique and elegance.
His first yearlings in 2023 sold for up to €41,000, with an average of more than €26,000, over 6 times the breeding price.

Latrobe is off to a highly promising start at stud with his first crop of 3-year-olds.

He is the sire of La Knight, winner of the Gran Criterium d’Autunno Gr.1, and of Olga de Kiev,
the best 3yo filly of her generation, winner of both the Prix Sagan Gr.3 and the Prix Magne Gr.3.
Her sister, l’Astrobale, sold for €85,000 at the Summer Sale, more than 20 times the covering fee!

These are very encouraging results, especially considering that Latrobe still has only a small number of runners on the track.
